Northampton or Birmingham | Hybrid Working (Post probation) 

Salary = £35,000 

Full-Time | Permanent 

The Role

This role blends creativity with commercial awareness, developing campaigns that support lead generation while building brand trust and consistency. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns
  • Create content across website, email and social channels
  • Own brand tone of voice, messaging and positioning
  • Support campaigns with conversion-focused content
  • Manage and grow social media presence
