Senior Business Finance Broker
Hybrid / £30,000 - £40,000
Millbrook is entering a phase of growth, and we're looking for a driven Business Finance Broker to join our core division.
You’ll play a key role in sourcing, structuring, and closing a wide range of commercial finance deals, working across multiple sectors and funding products. This is a proactive sales role that combines outbound prospecting, and introducer relationship management.
- 3+ years experience in commercial finance
- Proven track record in outbound sales, lead conversion, and pipeline management
- Self-starter mentality with a proactive, results-driven approach
Senior Business Development Manager
Hybrid / £30,000 - £40,000
We’re hiring ambitious Senior Business Development Managers to help build long-term partnerships and drive consistent deal flow from new and existing vendors. This is a consultative sales role centred on long-term growth, high conversion rates, and scalable success.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a business development role within a B2B finance environment with a focus on asset finance and business loans.
- Comfortable presenting and managing long-term relationships
- A consultative, commercially minded approach to business development
Marketing Director
Hybrid / £70,000
We are looking for a Marketing Director to build, lead and scale our marketing function during a key phase of growth.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving lead generation, performance, brand positioning and team development.
- Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role
- Commercial, data-driven mindset
- Experience in financial services preferred but not essential
Performance Marketing Manager
Hybrid / £40,000
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to drive lead generation and optimise ROI across paid and digital channels.
- Proven experience in performance marketing or PPC roles
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads and tracking tools

We are looking for a HubSpot CRM Marketing Specialist to take ownership of CRM, automation and lead nurturing.
- Strong hands-on HubSpot experience
