Sales Director
Hybrid / £80,000 + Bonuses
Millbrook is entering a phase of growth, and we're seeking a dynamic Sales Director to lead our talented team of over 17 sales professionals.
With strong momentum and a bold vision for the future, this role offers the opportunity to shape the trajectory of one of the UK's most ambitious commercial finance brokerages. - 5+ years in senior sales leadership (Sales Director, Head of Sales)
- Experience managing large sales teams
- Commercial lending knowledge essential
HR Manager
Hybrid / £40,000-45,000 + Bonuses
Millbrook is expanding fast, and we’re looking for a confident, hands-on HR professional to lead our people strategy and build the HR function.
We’re a 24-person team that helps UK SMEs access the funding they need to succeed. Our culture is collaborative, ambitious, and values-driven. We believe that business growth starts with people—and we want an HR leader who shares that vision and can deliver a people strategy with a focus on work/life balance and wellbeing.
- CIPD Level 5 (minimum) – Level 7 preferred or in progress
- At least 3 years of HR experience in a small to mid-sized business
- Experience identifying training needs and overseeing L&D programs
