Senior Business Finance Broker
Hybrid / £45,000-50,000 + Bonuses
Millbrook is entering a phase of growth, and we're looking for a driven Business Finance Broker to join our core division.
You’ll play a key role in sourcing, structuring, and closing a wide range of commercial finance deals, working across multiple sectors and funding products. This is a proactive sales role that combines outbound prospecting, and introducer relationship management.
- 3+ years experience in commercial finance
- Proven track record in outbound sales, lead conversion, and pipeline management
- Self-starter mentality with a proactive, results-driven approach
Property Finance Broker
Hybrid / £30,000-35,000 + Bonuses
Millbrook is expanding fast, and we’re looking for an ambitious and experienced Property Finance Broker to join our dedicated Property Finance division.
We are now launching a dedicated Commercial Property Finance division — and we’re building a team of top performers to lead the charge. You’ll play a vital role in converting warm leads, generating new opportunities, and driving the success of a division set for rapid growth.
- 2+ years experience in property finance
- Proven ability to generate and close new business
- Commercial awareness, confidence, and a self-starter mindset
Property Finance Co-Ordinator
Hybrid / £25,000 + Bonuses
We are launching a dedicated Commercial Property Finance division, and we’re looking for a highly organised, proactive Property Finance Co-ordinator to join the team.
This is a vital support role — you’ll be the engine behind the team, assisting brokers, liaising with clients and lenders, and ensuring every deal is processed professionally and efficiently. If you’re organised, motivated, and ready to grow your career in finance — we’d love to hear from you.
- Previous experience in financial services, property, or admin support (preferred)
- Great organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn quickly
HR Manager
Hybrid / £40,000 - £50,000 DOE
We’re looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our leadership team and take full ownership of our HR function. You’ll play a strategic and operational role in shaping our people agenda — driving culture, performance, wellbeing, and growth.
This is a standalone position with significant influence — ideal for someone who thrives with autonomy, is comfortable at the leadership table, and wants to build something lasting from the ground up.

Senior Business Development Manager
Hybrid / £45,000 – £50,000 DOE
We’re hiring ambitious Senior Business Development Managers to help build long-term partnerships and drive consistent deal flow from new and existing vendors. This is a consultative sales role centred on long-term growth, high conversion rates, and scalable success.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a business development role within a B2B finance environment with a focus on asset finance and business loans.
- Comfortable presenting and managing long-term relationships
- A consultative, commercially minded approach to business development
Team Leader - Business Finance
Birmingham / £50,000 – £55,000 DOE
We’re looking for a Team Leader to head up our Birmingham office. This is a player/manager role: you’ll lead from the front with your own deal generation while managing and developing a team of brokers.
You’ll be hands-on in driving performance, supporting growth, and creating a culture of energy, ambition, and accountability.
- 3+ years’ experience in commercial finance brokerage or lending
- Proven success in a similar player/manager or senior broker role
- Strong knowledge of business lending products: asset finance, loans, MCAs, refinance, etc.
Business Support Executive
£25,000 – £30,000 DOE
We’re looking for a highly organised Business Support Executive to join our operations team.
You’ll play a key role in supporting our brokers by processing documentation, carrying out compliance checks, and maintaining accurate records to ensure smooth deal progression across multiple sectors and funding products.
- Process documentation on behalf of brokers and lenders.
- Conduct compliance and quality checks on internal systems and documents, including KYC checks.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and secure storage of all documentation.
Business Finance Broker
Hybrid / £30,000-40,000 + Bonuses
Millbrook is entering a phase of growth, and we're looking for a driven Business Finance Broker (Account Manager) to join our core division.
This is a proactive sales role that combines outbound prospecting, and introducer relationship management. You’ll be expected to manage the full deal process — from initial engagement through to completion — and maintain strong relationships with both clients and lenders.
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in commercial finance brokerage or lending
- Proven track record in outbound sales, lead conversion, and pipeline management
- Self-starter mentality with a proactive, results-driven approach
