You’ll oversee day-to-day telesales activity, coach and develop the team, and help optimise our approach to lead generation and conversion.

  • 3+ years experience with telemarketing
  • Results-driven approach with strong coaching and leadership skills
  • Experience managing a telesales or outbound sales team, ideally within financial services
