About Us
Millbrook Business Finance, part of the Millbrook Group, is one of the UK’s fastest-growing commercial finance brokerages - arranging over £50M annually across business loans, asset finance, and more.
With a young, ambitious culture and a reputation for innovation, we’ve earned industry recognition including Best Equipment Finance Provider to Work For (Asset Finance Connect Awards) and Cashflow Broker of the Year (NACFB Awards). We’re proud to be known for both our results and our workplace.
We’re on a mission to become the UK’s largest, most comprehensive, and customer-obsessed commercial finance brokerage — and we’re looking for a Business Support Executive to help us get there.
The Role
We’re looking for a highly organised Business Support Executive to join our operations team. You’ll play a key role in supporting our brokers by processing documentation, carrying out compliance checks, and maintaining accurate records to ensure smooth deal progression across multiple sectors and funding products.
As a Business Support Executive, you are here to support the business — and that can, from time to time, include not only sales and administration, but also marketing, operations, and day-to-day office management. This is a varied role that requires someone who can wear many hats, adapt quickly, and contribute wherever support is needed.
This is a fast-paced administrative position that combines documentation management, data accuracy, and performance monitoring. You’ll be expected to manage multiple priorities, liaise with brokers and lenders to ensure all requirements are met, and maintain the highest standards of compliance and record-keeping from initial application through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Process documentation on behalf of brokers and lenders — including submitting applications to lenders, preparing documents for customer signatures, and processing pay-outs for submission to lenders.
- Conduct compliance and quality checks on internal systems and documents, including KYC checks.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and secure storage of all documentation.
- Check, update, and store finance documentation in line with lender requirements and updates.
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with lenders on behalf of the business.
- Maintain, track, and produce reports on relevant business metrics.
- Liaise with suppliers to arrange marketing materials, merchandise, and orders.
- Send customer care emails to gather insights and feedback.
- Oversee day-to-day office facilities, including ordering food, stationery, printer supplies, uniforms, and marketing merchandise.
- Organise team-building events and book lender visits/training sessions.
- Maintain and update operational files and systems, including HR, complaints, training, and resource support documentation.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary of £25,000 – £30,000 (DOE)
- Enhanced holiday allowance + bank holidays
- Company pension scheme
- Virgin Gym Membership (after probation)
- No weekend work. Monday to Friday 08:45 – 17:00
- Free on-site parking
- Structured progression routes as the business continues to grow
- A collaborative, high-energy working environment with a strong team culture
- Regular social events, incentives, and seasonal celebrations
