Head of Property Finance

(Bridging | BTL | Development | Commercial Mortgages)

Northampton | Hybrid Working | Lead & Build a New Division

Millbrook Business Finance is one of the UK’s fastest-growing commercial finance brokerages, arranging over £50M annually across business loans, asset finance and more. With access to 185+ specialist lenders and a proven track record of results, we’re now launching a dedicated Commercial Property Finance division — and we’re looking for the right person to lead it from day one.

This is a rare chance to join at ground level and help build something special.

You’ll start by leading from the front — converting warm inbound leads and closing deals across bridging loans, development finance, commercial mortgages and BTL. But more than that, you’ll shape the strategy, build the team and scale the division around you.

This is your chance to create and lead a business unit you can truly call your own.

What You’ll Do:

  • Target a base of 1,200+ existing clients for property finance upsell opportunities
  • Convert warm inbound phone and website leads into property finance deals
  • Drive direct sales across bridging, development, BTL and commercial mortgage products
  • Lay the foundations for a high-performing property finance division
  • Own the day-to-day operations, client service and sales process
  • Work closely with senior leadership to shape structure, strategy and recruitment
  • Recruit, lead and mentor new hires as the department grows

What You’ll Bring:

  • 3+ years’ experience in property finance (bridging, development, BTL or commercial mortgages)
  • A strong track record of hitting and exceeding personal sales targets
  • Experience or exposure to team leadership or management (ideally 1–2 years)
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to drive both revenue and performance
  • High energy, personal ownership, and the hunger to build something from scratch
