HubSpot CRM Marketing Specialist 

Northampton or Birmingham | Hybrid Working (Post probation) 

Salary = £40,000 

Full-Time | Permanent 

As part of a fast-growing commercial finance brokerage, performance marketing plays a key role in delivering consistent, high-quality demand to support continued growth.

The Role

This role owns HubSpot across the business — improving lead nurturing, automation, reporting and funnel conversion.

You’ll work closely with Sales and Marketing to ensure leads are segmented, scored and converted efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage HubSpot workflows, automation and nurture journeys
  • Create and optimise email marketing campaigns
  • Improve CRM data quality, segmentation and lead scoring
  • Build dashboards and reports to track funnel performance
  • Collaborate with Sales to improve conversion rates
