HubSpot CRM Marketing Specialist
Northampton or Birmingham | Hybrid Working (Post probation)
Salary = £40,000
Full-Time | Permanent
As part of a fast-growing commercial finance brokerage, performance marketing plays a key role in delivering consistent, high-quality demand to support continued growth.
The Role
This role owns HubSpot across the business — improving lead nurturing, automation, reporting and funnel conversion.
You’ll work closely with Sales and Marketing to ensure leads are segmented, scored and converted efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage HubSpot workflows, automation and nurture journeys
- Create and optimise email marketing campaigns
- Improve CRM data quality, segmentation and lead scoring
- Build dashboards and reports to track funnel performance
- Collaborate with Sales to improve conversion rates
What You’ll Bring:
- Strong hands-on HubSpot experience
- Experience building automation, workflows and reporting
- Detail-oriented, process-driven mindset
- B2B or financial services experience preferred
