We’re now seeking a Marketing Director to take ownership of strategy, performance and brand — building a high-impact marketing engine that delivers consistent, high-quality demand.

The Role

  • Report on performance, insights and campaign effectiveness to senior leadership

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role
  • Strong background in performance and demand generation marketing
  • Commercial, data-driven mindset
  • Hands-on approach with the ability to operate strategically and tactically
  • Financial services experience preferred, but not essential

What You’ll Get:

  • Competitive salary package (DOE)
  • Hybrid working model
  • Enhanced holiday allowance + bank holidays
  • Company pension scheme
  • Opportunity to build and scale a marketing function from the ground up
  • Clear progression as the business continues to grow
  • Collaborative, high-energy working environment
  • Regular social events, incentives and celebrations
