The Partnerships Manager plays a key role in driving Millbrook’s growth by building and developing a high-quality network of introducers and strategic partners.

This is not a passive account management role. It is a proactive, relationship-led growth role focused on identifying, approaching, and securing new partners, while developing existing relationships to generate consistent, high-quality deal flow.

Sitting between sales and marketing, the Partnerships Manager combines business development, relationship management, and commercial thinking to create a scalable and sustainable acquisition channel.

 

The Role

As Partnerships Manager, you’ll take ownership of growing and developing Millbrook’s partner network.

Your focus will be on building strong, long-term relationships with introducers, ensuring partners understand how and when to introduce opportunities, and driving consistent deal flow into the business.

You’ll work closely with internal sales teams to ensure partner-referred opportunities are handled effectively and converted efficiently.

 

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Identifying and targeting high-value partner types such as accountants, brokers, equipment suppliers and consultants
  • Proactively reaching out via calls, email, LinkedIn and networking
  • Creating and converting partnership opportunities through consistent outbound activity
  • Clearly and confidently pitching Millbrook’s value proposition
  • Onboarding new partners in a structured, professional way
  • Managing and growing relationships
  • Driving partner performance
  • Creating a strong partner experience
  • Collaborating internally with our team

  • A consistently growing network of high-quality, onboarded partners
