Performance Marketing Manager

Northampton or Birmingham | Hybrid Working (Post probation) 

Salary = £40,000 

Full-Time | Permanent 

As part of a fast-growing commercial finance brokerage, performance marketing plays a key role in delivering consistent, high-quality demand to support continued growth.

The Role

This is a highly analytical, execution-focused role responsible for managing and optimising paid and digital campaigns.

You’ll work closely with senior marketing stakeholders to continuously improve cost per lead, conversion rates and return on ad spend.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads and paid social
  • Improve cost per lead, conversion rates and overall campaign performance
  • Analyse performance data and provide actionable insights
  • Run A/B testing across ads, audiences and landing pages
  • Manage budgets and maximise return on advertising spend
