What You’ll Do:

  • Define and drive a clear, motivating sales vision and culture
  • Establish KPIs, build structure, and elevate performance standards
  • Coach and develop the team — not just top performers, but everyone
  • Take full ownership of daily sales operations
  • Build scalable systems, repeatable processes, and a team structure that grows with us
  • Partner with marketing to align lead generation and outbound strategy
  • Lead with energy, visibility, and belief — every single day

What You’ll Bring:

  • 5+ years in senior sales leadership (Sales Director, Head of Sales, etc.)
  • Experience managing sales teams of 15+, ideally in a finance or brokerage setting
  • Commercial lending knowledge (commercial loans & asset finance preferred)
  • Deep understanding of CRM performance management (HubSpot a plus)
  • A track record of developing people, improving performance, and driving growth
  • Leadership that inspires focus, professionalism, and ambition
  • Experience in cross department collaboration, including marketing, operations and business support
