Manage the end-to-end funding process — from proposal to drawdown

Build and maintain relationships with key introducers including accountants, equipment suppliers, manufacturers, and association

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of lender products, underwriting criteria, and market conditions

Identify cross-selling opportunities across Millbrook’s Motor, Property, Vendor, and Professions Finance divisions

Log all activities, deal progress, and client interactions accurately in our CRM system

Meet and exceed personal revenue targets while contributing to team performance

  • Must be able to demonstrate prior success in a like-for-like role

  • Strong understanding of asset finance, business loans, MCAs, refinancing, and government-backed lending

  • Flexible working options — office-based or hybrid after completing probation

  • Company pension scheme

  • Access to Mintago Salary Sacrifice

  • Your birthday off after completing probation
