1. Enter your shareholder information
Please input your business shareholder information. Ideally, for shareholders who own equal to or greater than 50% of the company shareholding. If you don’t have all the shareholder information available to hand, please submit what you can. We can commence your application but may request the missing information at a later date.
2. Submit your supporting documents:
As part of our application process, our underwriting team will want to gain an understanding of your business to ensure we provide the most suitable finance solution tailored to your needs. To help us get a deeper understanding of your business, and process your application in a timely manner, please submit any supporting documents you have here. Examples of the types of documents that would be useful at this stage are:
- A copy of your most recent full year end accounts
- Copies of any up-to-date management accounts
- 6 months business bank statements in a PDF format
- A business plan or cashflow projections.
- Copies of supplier quotations/invoices for any equipment you intend to purchase with the funding.
Feel free to attach any supporting documents that are not listed above if you believe they will enable us to understand your business and financial requirement in more detail.
