Lexus and Toyota Host Ride and Drive Event at Millbrook

On Thursday 13 August, we were pleased to welcome the Steven Eagell Group to our Northampton office for a special vehicle showcase, giving our team and local businesses the opportunity to get a closer look at a selection of Toyota and Lexus vehicles.

The Steven Eagell team brought the vehicles directly to our office at Moulton Park, giving visitors the chance to take a closer look, ask questions and most importantly get behind the wheel for a test drive.

A closer look at the Lexus and Toyota range

There was a good variety of vehicles on display throughout the afternoon, with the Lexus range offering a selection of premium cars and SUVs, alongside commercial vehicles from Toyota.

The Lexus line-up included:

• Lexus LBX
• Lexus ES 350
• Lexus RZ

The Toyota vehicles available were:

• Toyota Proace Diesel
• Toyota Corolla Commercial
• Toyota BZ4X Touring

Having the vehicles at our office meant our team could see them up close and get a better idea of what they offer in a real world setting.

For businesses considering their next company car or commercial vehicle, being able to see and experience different options can be a useful part of the decision-making process.

Getting behind the wheel

One of the best parts of the afternoon was having the opportunity to actually drive the vehicles.

Several members of the Millbrook team took the opportunity to get behind the wheel and experience the cars for themselves. It was a chance to try out the different vehicles rather than simply looking at them parked outside the office.

We were also pleased to welcome another local business to the event, giving them the opportunity to meet the Steven Eagell team, look around the vehicles and take them out for a test drive.

A useful afternoon for the Millbrook team

The event was a great opportunity to take a break from the office environment and experience some of the vehicles that businesses may be considering for their own requirements.

Whether it is a company car, a commercial vehicle or another type of business vehicle, choosing the right option involves more than simply picking a vehicle you like. Practicality, how the vehicle will be used and the overall cost of acquisition can all play a part in the decision.

As a business finance provider, vehicle finance is an important part of what we do at Millbrook, so having the opportunity to experience the vehicles first-hand was particularly useful for our team.
